We do not charge your account until we are ready to ship unless your order is an item we do not stock and have "special ordered" it in for you. We check to make sure the item is in stock and if there are any questions we contact you by email before shipping. 

SHIPPING CHARGES: Costs are up and shipping is too expensive. We agree with you but we don't set shipping prices for the USPS (we ship Priority Insured) or UPS.

UPS will charge $5.00 for ANY address correction. Please always give us room numbers, floor numbers, departments, anything that will help them find you.) They charge more for residential address vs business address. Shipping via UPS outside continental USA is so costly we don't offer it. 

We ship USPS for PR, AK and HI.  We no longer ship to Canada.

We are trying to serve medical professionals within the USA as promptly, efficiently and economically as possible. For this reason we are concentrating our efforts on a limited area and we do not ship internationally.
