The Olsen Hegar Needle holder has a scissor built just behind the serrated gripping part of the jaw. It is available in 5-1/2" and 6-1/2".   7-1/2" is a special order (min. 12 pieces) upon request.  Stainless steel , "regular grade" which means it is for regular use, not for an operating room. Imported.
