New units will be $21.95 with non-latex bladders. Standard air release valve, Zippered carrying case and no pin-stop at zero for accuracy.  Calibrated nylon cuff in blue, blue Velcro closure. This cuff is larger in all dimensions [ 7" by 26" cuff ] to allow accurate blood pressures on larger arms and highly muscled arms.
